First, make sure you are using the latest browser version, and that StemX is compatible with the browser you are using, which you can see here.  Close any applications that might be interfering with your audio - then follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your browser is in full-screen mode, covering the whole desktop.
  2. Make sure you are not magnified in the browser. StemX works best on 100% zoom on each browser. To make sure you are on 100%, go to your browser settings and reset your zoom to 100%.
  3. Check your desktop resolution
    If the top two have not worked, then please adjust your desktop resolution to be compatible with StemX. We advise no smaller than 1024 x 640 and cannot guarantee a satisfactory experience if you lower the resolution.
