If you are having issues with StemX, we advise to refresh your cache before contacting support as this may fix your problem. We regularly push updates to StemX to improve your experience and add new features.
To do this in Chrome, follow this instructions:
- On the right hand side there will be a menu, press that and click on settings:
- Search 'Cache' in the top search bar and click on the bottom result which is 'Clear Browsing Data' which will open a pop up panel
- Select 'Cached images and files' ONLY. Continue and clear data, then refresh your chrome and you should be updated.
